Zoeva is seeking a dynamic, results-driven PR & Communications Manager to join our growing UK & EU marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating ZOEVA's brand presence in UK and European markets through strategic public relations, media outreach, influencer partnerships, and integrated communications campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the beauty industry, media landscape, and the unique nuances of the UK and EU markets. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective PR strategies for the UK and EU markets, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals and objectives. Oversee media relations and 3rd party agencies to identify and secure media coverage opportunities in key outlets (print, digital, broadcast) to increase brand visibility and reputation. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure ZOEVA stays ahead of the curve in terms of media presence and brand messaging. Influencer & Partnerships Management Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across the UK and EU markets. Manage the creation of influencer briefs, content guidelines, and performance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams (Social, Marketing, Product) to ensure influencer partnerships drive maximum engagement and conversions. Internal & External Communications Manage internal communication of PR and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and cohesion across all departments. Draft press releases, statements, and other comms materials that reflect the voice of the brand. Act as the primary point of contact for all UK and EU media, managing press interviews, press trips, and any external communication needs. Event & Activation Management Plan, coordinate, and execute press events, product launches, and influencer activations in both the UK and EU. Develop event concepts that align with ZOEVA s brand story and target audience. Manage logistics, guest lists, invitations, and event follow-ups to ensure successful activations that generate press and social media coverage. Reporting & Analytics Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve ZOEVA s PR and communications strategy. Utilize media monitoring tools and analytics platforms to measure the effectiveness of PR initiatives. Crisis Communications Assist in managing any crisis communications or reputational issues, working closely with the leadership team to address challenges promptly and professionally. Skills / Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or a related field, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Strong understanding of the UK and EU media landscape, consumer behaviour, and beauty trends. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with both media and consumers. Established network of media contacts across beauty, lifestyle, and fashion press, with a proven track record of securing coverage in top-tier outlets. Experience working with influencers, content creators, and ambassadors, with a good understanding of influencer marketing metrics and ROI. Demonstrated experience in organizing and executing successful press events, product launches, and influencer activations. Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, creative ideas to drive brand awareness and engagement. Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments, including marketing, social media, and product. Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
