The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing Commercial Property team known for its energy, integrity, and results. You ll work closely with the operations board and take on significant responsibilities from day one. You ll be involved in: Acting for land promoters, developers, and investors on a wide range of planning matters Advising on strategic acquisitions, statutory agreements, and planning aspects of due diligence Drafting and reviewing high-quality legal documents Managing complex transactions with confidence Building and nurturing client relationships What we re looking for: 3 5 years PQE in Planning Law Technically excellent and commercially savvy Proven ability to manage complex matters and mentor junior team members Strong client care ethos and business development capabilities Confident, proactive, and a genuine team player What s on offer: Salary circa £65k £70k Hybrid working (London office base) Clear and structured career progression Ongoing training and professional development A warm, welcoming environment with a real sense of purpose Interested?
