The Role: As a PI Portal Paralegal / Fee Earner, you will manage a caseload of RTA claims within the Official Injury Claim (OIC) and MOJ Claims Portal, handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement, including litigation where necessary. Key Responsibilities: Running a caseload of RTA claims primarily within the OIC and MOJ Claims Portal. Managing claims from initial instruction through to settlement, including Part 8 litigation where appropriate. Ensuring efficient and effective case management, adhering to court deadlines and compliance procedures. Providing excellent client care, keeping clients updated throughout their case. Working in a highly supportive environment with scope to progress into a supervisory role. Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 12 months experience managing a caseload of RTA OIC/MOJ file s . Experience with OIC and Part 8 litigation. Strong case management and organisational skills. Excellent client communication and negotiation abilities. Ambition to progress within the firm.
