Personal Injury Solicitor (Defendant), 3+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £50,000+ (DOE) Are you an experienced defendant personal injury solicitor looking for a new challenge? This leading firm is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our highly regarded team in Birmingham. Specialising in defendant casualty work, including both injury and non-injury cases. JOB REF:9276.THE ROLE:As part of this growing team, you will take on a diverse caseload covering a wide range of complex matters, including: Casualty & Public Sector claims Utilities cases Employer s Liability (EL) & Public Liability (PL) claims Product Liability casesSKILLS REQUIRED: Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients at inquests. Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently.
