Job Opportunity: Personal Injury Solicitor/ Solicitor Advocate Location: Glasgow Overview: We're recruiting Solicitors and Solicitor Advocates to join a growing Advocacy Unit focused exclusively on litigation support and court work. This is a non-caseload role ideal for those looking to build or expand their advocacy experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver oral and written advocacy, including client consultations Provide legal advice on personal injury matters (with training as needed) Negotiate settlements and collaborate with Counsel Work cross-departmentally to ensure smooth client service Stay up to date with relevant laws, procedures, and court rules Requirements: Experience in personal injury litigation Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to manage workload and meet deadlines What s on Offer?
