Are you looking for a people role where you ll be part of a HR team that is supportive, collaborative, and driven to improve the employee experience? This role offers:_ The chance to make a meaningful contribution, with autonomy to put forward recommendations and drive positive change. a close-knit HR team of five, where collaboration and support are at the heart of how they operate. Part time Hours - (24 per week) with flexibility on how they re spread across the week. A business who are proud to be certified B Corp, maintaining a balance between profit and purpose. Reporting to the HR Manager, you ll be the go-to HR presence for employees and line managers across retail, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams. You ll provide coaching and guidance to line managers, contribute to HR projects, support ER cases, and, most importantly be that HR presence, looking out for the employees and helping to take stress away from the line managers.You'll be confident, ready to take initiative, offer constructive insights, and serve as a trusted sounding board for the HR Manager. You ll also need:- Experience in a HR generalist role The ability to develop and advise on policies, procedures, and processes. CIPD qualified to Level 5 is desirable but not essential. Other Information: Salary: Up to £31,000 (pro rata) Working Hours: 24 P/W Working Pattern: Ideally 3 full days, however the company are open to how they are spread across the week.
