Part-Time Data Analyst (HR Training & Compliance Support) 20 hours per week 4 afternoons per week Hybrid - Reading £30,000-£35,000 Contract until late November Potential for extension Are you looking for a role that fits around your lifestyle-perhaps school runs, caring responsibilities, or simply a better work-life balance? This part-time Data Analyst opportunity could be the perfect fit. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a natural flair for data to support the smooth delivery of our annual training and compliance programme. Working afternoons across four days per week, you'll play a key role in managing and cleansing training data, supporting system processes, and liaising with HR and compliance teams. What you'll be doing: Maintain and clean training enrolment data Generate and interpret reports to support compliance initiatives Liaise with HR and system teams to ensure accurate and consistent processes Identify and flag any issues or gaps in data tracking Support project delivery ahead of a major training roll out in September What we're looking for: Proven experience working with data - confident pulling, reviewing, and reporting Strong organisational and communication skills Able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across teams Comfortable learning new systems and suggesting improvements Experience with Workday or similar HRIS (Human Resource Information System) - desirable but not essential Personable, inclusive, and solutions-focused Why this role might be perfect for you: Flexible hours: afternoons across 4 days a week Hybrid working Join a supportive, friendly team where your contributions will have a real impact Ideal for someone who wants meaningful part-time work without sacrificing balance A great opportunity to bring your skills into a well-structured and collaborative environment If you're someone who enjoys working with data and processes, and you're looking for a role that works with your schedule, we'd love to hear from you.
