Part-Time Data Analyst (HR Training & Compliance Support) 20 hours per week 4 afternoons per week Hybrid - Reading £30,000-£35,000 Contract until late November Potential for extension Are you looking for a role that fits around your lifestyle-perhaps school runs, caring responsibilities, or simply a better work-life balance? We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a natural flair for data to support the smooth delivery of our annual training and compliance programme. Working afternoons across four days per week, you'll play a key role in managing and cleansing training data, supporting system processes, and liaising with HR and compliance teams.
