The Commis role:
The Commis Chef is responsible for all the mise-en-place and dishes within the kitchen. This kitchen is responsible for Rotunda Lounge & Bar, In-Room Dining, Banqueting, and overseeing the Staff Cafeteria team.
What we're looking for:
Previous kitchen experience or culinary training, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation.
Works well as part of a team and supports senior chefs when required.
Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
