Reed Legal are delighted to be recruiting a Paralegal to work in house doing Conveyancing, Commercial Property and Property Litigation for a dynamic, successful Property Management company. Read on to see if this could be your next career move Description Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents related to property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Support the legal team in handling commercial property matters, including drafting and negotiating leases, managing property portfolios, and advising on property development projects. Assist in the preparation of legal documents for property litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Support attorneys in court proceedings and manage case files. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates on case progress, and address any legal inquiries. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide accurate and timely information to attorneys. Maintain and organize legal files, manage calendars, and schedule appointments. Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and deadlines are met. The Person Minimum 1.5 years experience within either conveyancing, commercial property or property litigation Law Degree and Masters or Paralegal qualification ideal but not essential Benefits Hybrid working (2 days from home) Social events arranged by social committee (Christmas party & summer party) 25 days annual leave Now IS the time for a change!
