Pallet Repair Operative £12.21/hour + Overtime + Bonus Scheme Blagrove, Swindon Rotating Shifts - 6am 2pm and 2pm to 10pm We re hiring Pallet Repair Operatives in Blagrove, West Swindon! This is a hands-on, physical role in a large, busy warehouse. You ll be working as part of a team to check and repair wooden pallets using tools like drills, hammers, and sanders. Don t worry full training is provided! Job Role: Quality checking pallets Repairing broken/damaged pallets (adding nails, replacing wood, sanding, etc.) Using hand tools & lifting pallets Paid OT after 40 hours worked Requirements: Is physically fit and happy in a hands-on role Doesn t mind a noisy warehouse environment Wants reliable, ongoing work with the chance to earn more through overtime & bonuses Pay and Perks: £12.21 per hour (overtime paid after 40 hours) Bonus scheme available based on daily targets Long-term opportunity with consistent hours - Can go permanent with company Apply now to get started don t miss your chance to join a solid team with great earning potential!
