Paediatric Clinical Lead Community Complex Care Location: Croydon / Surrey (Hybrid 2 days from home, 3 days in the community) Salary: Up to £44,000 + excellent benefits Are you a passionate Paediatric Clinical Lead looking to make a real difference in children's lives? Join a well-established, forward-thinking provider of complex care packages in the community. Due to continued growth, we are expanding in the Croydon, Surrey area and looking for a dedicated nurse leader to join our team! The Role: As a Paediatric Clinical Lead , you will provide hands-on support to children and their families while designing personalised care plans. You will work closely with a team of carers, offering training and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care. What Were Looking For: Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with at least 6 months UK experience and an active NMC PIN Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop a team Up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators (within the last 2 years) Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families and healthcare teams Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with proven leadership experience are welcome to apply Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential) Key Responsibilities for a Paediatric Clinical Lead: Develop tailored care plans to meet individual client needs Oversee and support a team of carers, ensuring high clinical standards Provide ongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventions Work closely with MDTs, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to maintain bespoke care packages Build strong relationships with children and their families Whats In It for You?
