Packaging Manager Location: Bury St Edmunds Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Healthcare + Benefits Are you an experienced Packaging Manager or Technologist looking for your next challenge? The Role: Lead and develop the packaging strategy across multiple product lines Ensure all packaging meets relevant compliance and sustainability standards Manage end-to-end packaging projects, from concept through to delivery Liaise with cross-functional teams including NPD, marketing, and supply chain Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations The Person: Experienced in packaging strategy, innovation, and compliance Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Background in FMCG, Manufacturing, F&B, or similar sectors Able to work autonomously and drive change A keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable, effective packaging solutions Interested in learning more about this opportunity?
