Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the lighting team, including casual workers, freelancers, and sub-contractors. Ensure the efficient management of lighting equipment maintenance, checks, storage, and safety. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Manage resource allocation and workflow for optimal results. Oversee equipment inspections, testing, and preparation for hire or sale. Monitor compliance with all safety and legal regulations, ensuring records are up to date. Champion continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
