Dr Sherif Wakil is also specializing in Non-surgical Regenerative Sexual treatments, he has introduced a number of cutting edge treatments in this field to Europe and the UK including the O Shot and P Shot ( Sexual rejuvenation with PRP) and he is considered by many to be one of the leaders of these treatments in Europe and the Middle East. so far Dr SW has performed over 35000 cases worldwide. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at Dr SW Clinics, located in London. The Operations Manager will be responsible for adhering to CQC policies, changing/writing/updating new policies, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring quality patient care. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, developing business strategies, and analyzing data to improve performance. We are looking for someone with EXTENSIVE previous operations experience to plan the strategic and operational functions of the business in order to maximise financial performance and objectives within the clinic. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Strong CQC skills and expertise CQC management experience Strong business management skills with a keen attention to detail in finance. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in healthcare operations management Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare industry standards Experience in managing budgets and financial analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field A master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
