Operations Manager Oxford We are proud to be representing a successful water hygiene and treatment company renowned for its expertise in the water sector. They are looking to employ a dependable Operations Manager to support their experienced team! Working knowledge of computer packages, systems and software Proven minimum 5 year record or work history within a similar role Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Duties and Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing mobile engineers and the day-to-day functionality of the operations department Overseeing the works booking process to ensure minimal lead times and ongoing compliance Management of warehouse, fleet, chemical and equipment stocks Carrying out regular reviews of the department and reporting directly to directors Involvement with new engineer and operational staff recruitment processes Implementation and management of existing and new processes Reporting directly to directors and taking an active role in the forward direction of the business Interested in this or other roles in Water Hygiene, please do not hesitate to contact Caitlin Richards on or call .
