Company Description SD Business Management is a Glasgow-based Chartered Certified accountancy practice offering comprehensive accounting, taxation and business advisory services to a diverse range of owner managed businesses and individuals. Ongoing growth and increase in the quality and size of our client base will see us shortly moving to a larger city centre office and looking to continue to grow and develop our team. We are currently a close knit team of a dozen or so people. We strive to deliver high-value and cost-effective solutions for our clients. By working closely with our clients, we provide personalised advice to make their lives easier and more successful. At SD Business Management, we are committed to knowing our clients well enough to work with them on an ongoing and regular basis to deliver personal and practical advice. Role Description & qualifications This role could be either full or part time and is office based. This role would suit a school leaver looking to get an early start in their career rather than going to university. Alternatively, it would suit an individual who enjoys working in a professional environment with nice professional colleagues. It would suit an individual requiring flexible working hours. As Office Administrator you will be responsible for general office admin tasks, acting as PA to the directors, onboarding new clients, arranging meetings for colleagues, telephone answering, office reception and supporting your colleagues with various adhoc tasks. Over time once you have demonstrated your capabilities there will be plenty of scope to develop your skills and experience further and progress up the career ladder should that be of interest to you. Salary & package The full time equivalent salary range is £22,500 to £25,000 per annum. 25 days holiday entitlement plus 10 public holidays. We also offer the option to buy an extra 5 days holidays per year. Qualifications Passes in Higher Maths and English or suitable experience of working in a professional office environment.
