The Role We are looking for a proactive, organised, and dependable Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the leadership team and assist with day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role that will see you involved in both business and occasional personal administration, requiring flexibility, discretion, and excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across a portfolio of businesses within the group Support the Owner/Directors with operational and organisational tasks Assist with property management-related admin (both business and personal properties) Provide sales support, including handling customer enquiries, following up leads, and updating CRM systems Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external partners Manage calendars, book appointments, and co-ordinate meetings Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and correspondence Support with ad-hoc projects and general office tasks as required What We re Looking For Previous experience in an Administration, Office Support, or Personal Assistant role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Trustworthy and professional with a high level of discretion Confident IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving approach
