This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied and rewarding role, providing expert advice and support to businesses and their employees.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConducting comprehensive occupational health assessments including case management, health surveillance, and return-to-work evaluations.\n\nProviding evidence-based guidance to both employees and employers on workplace health issues.\n\nSupporting health promotion initiatives and delivering training sessions on well-being and occupational health topics.\n\nEnsuring compliance with health and safety legislation and best practice guidelines.\n\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to drive a positive health and safety culture.\n\nWhat We re Looking For:\n\nA qualified Occupational Health Advisor (RGN, OH Diploma/Degree) with experience in a similar role.\n\nStrong understanding of occupational health legislation, policies, and procedures.\n\nExperience in case management and workplace health assessments.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, employers, and key stakeholders.\n\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellence in occupational health services.\n\nA full UK driving licence (some travel across the Midlands may be required).\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary with a generous benefits package.\n\nFlexible working arrangements including hybrid working options.\n\nOngoing training and professional development to support career growth.\n\nThe chance to work in a supportive and forward-thinking team.\n\nThe opportunity to make a real impact on employee well-being and business success
