Room Leader Here at Nurse Seekers we are proud to be working for a fantastic setting near Currie. They are looking for a Room Leader for their 0-2 Room or their 2-5 Room. With an extremely competitive rate of pay and working within a friendly team with a management structure that allows room for progression – this is truly a fantastic opportunity for an already established Room Leader or an experienced Nursery Practitioner looking to take the next step! Key Responsibilities •Supporting the Manager to identify staff training and knowledge gaps and support staff to complete training in identified individual staff training and development plans. •Supporting the manager and wider team to create meaningful annual service improvement plans to further develop the nursery overall. •Creating individual child learning plans.•Supervision, training and support of team members. •Providing quality interactions and experiences for all children.•Building and developing positive working relationships with families and staff members. •Excellent communication skills whilst working as part of a small team.
