Nursery Practitioner - Full Time

Position: Full Time
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our flexible team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, planning engaging activities, and supporting children's development. You will work with our team to create a safe, stimulating environment and build strong relationships with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and implement educational activities tailored to individual and group needs.
Support children's development through engaging activities and positive interactions.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
Build relationships with parents, providing regular updates on child progress.
Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure the best outcomes for children.Requirements:
Essential: Level 3 Qualification in Childcare.
Previous experience in a nursery or similar setting.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
