Deputy Nursery Manager We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager for an independent childrens day nursery in West End, Southampton. This is an opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager looking to take the next step in their career, in a role providing ongoing support, development, and progression opportunities, a starting salary of up to £35,000.00 per annum (negotiable), plus benefits. Position Details Your role: Working alongside the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery Promoting and ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment Supervising and supporting and staff development Assisting with training and appraisals What you will need: Minimum level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations Confidence in leading and supporting a team An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational and skills What we can offer: A starting salary of £35,000.00, negotiable depending on experience Benefits package Opportunity for development and progression Generous holiday allowance Discounted childcare provision Free DBS and renewal To apply to this Deputy Nursery Manager position please submit your CV using the apply link.
