A leading premium care home near Skipton is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join them as their Deputy Manager.

As the Deputy Manager, you will also be the Clinical Lead and work closely with the General Manager to monitor compliance, oversee clinical development, and assure quality – including directly on the floor, through hands-on nursing care. Person specification :
- ( Essential ) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN / RMHN).
- ( Essential ) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs.
- ( Essential ) Clinical leadership experience – e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team.
