Night Senior Care Assistant

Alton Towers Resort are recruiting Theme Park Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join our talented team working across our wide range of Food & Beverage outlets on the Theme Park.

The role is initially a seasonal position until November 2025 on an hourly rate of £13.00.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards.
• Take charge of shifts, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner.
• Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries.
• Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them reach their full potential.
• Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion.
• Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth.
• Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of.

What you need to bring to the table:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage is preferable.
• A genuine passion for mind-blowing customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that can light up a room and inspire others.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on.
• Due to the nature of this role, you must be over 18.
