Job Description Are you ready to lead the charge in expanding our Livestock Monitoring portfolio across Great Britain? As the New Business Development Manager Team Leader, you'll spearhead sales growth by guiding a dynamic team of six. Your mission? Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that align with our vision and market needs. What You'll Do: Lead & Inspire : Mentor your team of New Business Sales Managers, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievement. Drive Sales Success : Achieve a dedicated sales budget by acquiring new business opportunities and collaborating with the Customer Success team for seamless client transitions. Track Performance : Work with Finance and Marketing to monitor KPIs, providing insights to refine our sales strategies. Build Partnerships : Maximise lead potential by collaborating with Veterinary and Trade channel sales teams to generate high-quality leads. Collaborate Across Teams : Align with Marketing, Customer Success, and EURAM regional teams to enhance overall business performance.
