We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to expand our presence in the medical market through various channels. The ideal candidate would have experience selling technical products to the medical market, as a priority, as well as to distribution and end users. Package National Travel - US Compensation - 110,000 - 140,000 25,000 OTE (based on targets, however uncapped) Car Allowance Gas Card 3 weeks PTO 401K, 50% match Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Role Develop and nurture relationships with the Medical Industry as well as distributors and end customers. Travel extensively across the US to meet with customers, understand their needs, and strengthen partnerships. Take full ownership of your assigned territory and act with the autonomy of a business owner. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support customers, address service needs, and resolve technical questions. Drive brand awareness and ensure our products remain top-of-mind. Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Requirements Experience selling technical products within the Medical market, including electronic components, electronic instruments, electromechanical devices, regulators, electropneumatic products, pressure transducers, diaphragms, breathing machines, sterilisers, and steam regulators. Qualified with a Technical Engineering degree. Understanding of technical components, diagrams, drawings, and products. Must be a hunter with a strong business development mindset.
