Due to the development and expansion of the firm s motor team, they are seeking seeking to appoint a Paralegal to work alongside its existing Team dealing with their own caseload of litigated motor files. You will be responsible for dealing with quantum and liability whilst employing effective telephone negotiation techniques to acquire the suitable settlement. You will be considering engineering and medical evidence, GP records, taking witness statements, drafting Court documents, running cases to trial to include instructing Counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience of running a litigated case load - whether small claims or fast track. This is a 12 month fixed term contract initially.
