Are you an experienced Mortgage professional looking for a new opportunity on either an employed or self-employed basis? We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our client's successful team in the Basildon area on either an employed or self-employed basis. This position offered strong earning potential, as well as, full admin and management support. The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered: Basic Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 OTE - £50,000 - £60,000 20% commission Self Employed Option offering 50% on written Mortgage Business Full admin support Mortgage Advisor requirements: CeMap or Equivalent qualifications Experience in a mortgage adviser position Ideally CAS Status Able to build and forge strong relationships. Strong communication skills. Analytical and able to research. Provide exceptional client service. Strong negotiation and influencing. Organised and effective time management. Mortgage Advisor duties will include but will not be limited to: Writing Mortgage Business Provide the highest level of customer care at all times Convert booked appointments into business Contact customers for missed opportunities Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times Achieve sales targets each month
