Electrical Maintenance Engineer\nSalary Up to £37,000\nHours Mon Fri (40 Hours A Week)\nLocation Cardiff \n\nWe are seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our client s mobile facilities team in providing PPM and reactive maintenance across sites in the Cardiff area.\n\nFollow the Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule- \n\nWorking as part of the team to deliver effectively on time & within budget.\nMaintain the electrical building services, plant rooms, emergency systems, lighting etc.\nBe proactive, use your initiative and take ownership of situations.\nProactively anticipate potential safety hazards and be prepared to undertake any emergency actions required.\nAdhere to daily & weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of sites, keeping up to date & accurate records.\nEnsure all work carried out is done so within the H&S requirements.\nWork as part of the wider team, demonstrating a professional & courteous manner to members, assisting with queries they may have.\nInducting subcontractors, reviewing rams and assisting where possible.\nWorking with the team and reporting back to the client.\nWhat We re Looking For - \n\nQualified electrical engineer Level 3 with 18th edition.\nRelevant technical experience in a working environment and maintenance background.\nAbility to use internal IT systems and communicate effectively using (Microsoft 365).\nAbility to work from instruction and make decisions as needed with minimal supervision.\nFriendly & approachable nature with great communication skills.\nValid driving license.\nIf you're a reliable and proactive Maintenance Electrician looking for your next opportunity, we d love to hear from you
