Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - South of England - Up to £45,000 Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 20 commercial buildings located in the South of England. The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. The sites include Cambridge, Bishop Stortford, Birmingham (once a month), Milton Keynes and West Malling. Due to the location of the sites, it would probably suit someone based in Cambridgeshire or Hertfordshire. Key duties & Responsibilities Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Maintenance Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc) Tap Temps Ensuring log books are kept up to date Escorting specialist sub contractors Assisting other engineers Offering technical support Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3 17th or 18th Edition You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance An understanding of commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Excellent customer service skills You must be happy to work on a 'Mobile' basis and attend multiple sites across a large patch Package Up to £45,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications) Company Vehicle PDA's 20 days holiday + BH Overtime available Training and development opportunities Contributory pension scheme Please send your CV to Dan Barber at Cbw Staffing Solutions for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
