About the Role This is more than just a tax role-it's a career-defining opportunity. You'll lead client relationships, drive strategic planning, and inspire a team of skilled professionals, all while developing new business in the vibrant Professional Services sector. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of clients. Lead tax planning, compliance, and advisory services. Guide and mentor a high-performing team of tax professionals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure full compliance. Collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding client service. Monitor and report on tax strategy, risks, and opportunities. What We're Looking For A professional qualification in tax or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of tax legislation and software. Proven leadership and client relationship management experience. Commercial acumen and strategic thinking. A proactive, service-driven mindset.
