Would you like to work for a startup business who is work on next generation space systems that will make a real impact on earth? I am looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a business based in the Oxford area, this will start as 3 month contract with the aim to be extended. You will be a key player in the design and development of modular spacecraft. Key design responsibilities will include Modular design Interface design Deployment mechanisms CAD modelling Design for manufacture and assembly Technical drawing Prototype and testing The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical design background from either the space, aerospace or energy industry. Proficiency in CAD software and experience in design for manufacture. Material selection and analysis knowledge is desirable. Please get in touch to find out more!
