Contracts Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) - London/Surrey PSR Solutions are currently assisting a family-owned mechanical & electrical contractor, who operate primarily in London & the South East. This opportunity is covering installation & maintenance schemes across a variety of projects. Job role: M&E Contracts Manager (Mechanical bias) Location: City of London/Surbiton Salary: £62,000 - £70,000 (dependant on experience) + package Responsibilities: Ensure contracts are executed successfully, fulfilling all legal PPM obligations. Supervise the completion of responsive repairs and ensure quoted jobs are finished within the agreed timelines. Track and assess contract performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide strong leadership to a team of maintenance engineers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment. Oversee and assist the contract administrators, engineering supervisor, and lead engineers. Skills/Experience: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems. Knowledge of health & safety systems. Proven experience in a similar role.
