Based in Merseyside, they are ideally located for projects across the North West and North Wales.\n\nThe company offers a full service, including design and build, for the installation of M&E systems for new builds, refurbishments, or fit-out projects, with contract values ranging from £5,000 to £7 million.\n\nTheir commitment to excellence is reflected in their excellent client retention rate and a dedicated workforce, many of whom have been with the company for over a decade.\n\nThey invest in the future through an active apprenticeship policy and continuous staff development, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry advancements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n \n\n Manage contract administration, including procurement, valuations, and final accounts.\n\n \n\n Monitor project budgets and ensure financial efficiency.\n\n \n\n Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver projects within budget and on time.\n\n \n\n Conduct risk assessments and provide financial advice to stakeholders.\n\n \n\n Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.\n\n \n\n Maintain accurate records and reports related to project finances.\n\n \n\n Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors within the team.\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\n \n\n Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, preferably in large-scale projects.\n\n \n\n Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within construction.\n\n \n\n Excellent analytical and numerical skills.\n\n \n\n Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.\n\n \n\n Strong negotiation and communication skills.\n\n \n\n Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.\n\n \n\n Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.\n\nBenefits\n\n \n\n Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000.\n\n \n\n Comprehensive benefits package.\n\n \n\n Opportunities for professional development and career progression.\n\n \n\n Involvement in diverse and challenging projects.\n\n \n\n Supportive and collaborative work environment
