About the role This pivotal role involves shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support our rheumatology portfolio. You will work cross-functionally to ensure that our marketing initiatives align with business goals and deliver impactful results to improve patient outcomes. Who you ll work with The role reports to the Rheumatology Franchise Head and includes leadership of a team of Marketing professionals with close collaboration and leadership across functions on key processes and projects as well and key external stakeholders. What you ll do Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute robust marketing plans to drive brand growth and market share in the rheumatology space. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights to inform strategic decision-making. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and industry partners. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Innovative Solutions: Champion innovative marketing solutions that leverage digital and data-driven approaches to enhance engagement and impact. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for rheumatology, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives. . I nterested? For this role we re looking for the following education, experience and skills Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is preferred. Extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a strong background in rheumatology or a related therapeutic area.
