Our client is an agile and forward-thinking company, passionate about creating innovative software solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes for their customers. They are now looking for a high-calibre Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Product Marketing & Strategy to join their growing team. The Role As the Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and customer engagement for a suite of innovative SaaS products. You will be at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales, ensuring that the company's value proposition resonates deeply with its target audience. This is a highly strategic role that will allow you to shape how the business goes to market while delivering impactful marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy with a strong focus on product marketing and go-to-market (GTM) plans. Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for existing and new product lines. Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email , social media , events , content , and performance marketing to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Collaborate closely with Product Management to deeply understand product capabilities, customer pain points, and market trends. Deliver effective sales enablement materials including product collateral, battle cards, presentations, and case studies. Plan and execute successful product launches and feature releases, coordinating internal and external communication. Analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine the marketing strategy. Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance and campaign ROI using data and analytics. Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote brand awareness and product leadership. About You 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on product marketing . Proven success in building and executing go-to-market strategies for software products. Deep understanding of the customer journey and how to design content and campaigns to influence buying decisions. Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy and improve performance. Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities able to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling messaging. Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
