Harte Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established property group based in Manchester, seeking a dynamic and fast-paced Marketing Manager to drive innovative marketing strategies and support lead generation efforts. This stand-alone Marketing Manager role offers the opportunity to work closely with Directors, Sales Management, and external agency partners, playing a key role in shaping the company's marketing and sales journey. In your role as Marketing Manager , you will liaise with external agencies on paid and digital marketing campaigns whilst also driving the creative and copy strategy in-house to support a growing residential sales team. The Package: Basic salary is £35,000 to £50,000 (D.O.E) 37.5 hours per week 21 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service Parking paid by the company Pension with employer contributions included Office-based with the opportunity for 1 day a week hybrid at home The Role: Develop copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, PDFs, property guides, and PowerPoints. Focus on lead generation through marketing assets and campaigns aligned with sales goals. Manage external agencies on paid digital campaigns to achieve the best ROI. Collaborate with agencies to ensure marketing materials are visually appealing and accurate. Proofread marketing materials for grammar, spelling, and accuracy. Work closely with internal sales teams, Directors, and agencies to ensure successful campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends to enhance marketing effectiveness. The Person: Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear and persuasive copy. Creative thinker, able to generate innovative marketing campaign ideas. Solid understanding of marketing principles and budget management. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and external partners. Proficient in all Adobe applications for creative design, video editing, and campaign asset creation. Experienced with MailChimp for email campaign creation, scheduling, and reporting, and Hootsuite for organic social media management. Skilled in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and campaign tracking extensive knowledge of WordPress, on-page SEO, and blog writing. Familiar with CRM systems for data manipulation and generating marketing MI and reports.
