Marketing Executive
Loughborough, Leicestershire
The role:
Primary focus will be to ensure the Department’s plans and campaigns are delivered successfully, achieving targeted outcomes on time and within budget.
Reporting to the Campaign Manager and based at our Loughborough Offices, the Marketing Executive will liaise with key stakeholders within the Civils & Green Urbanisation business and across the Genuit Group to source all appropriate information, resources and support to make sure each project gets the detailed attention it needs to be successful. Where necessary, this will include briefing and organising external agencies on executing specific activities.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00.
Key Accountabilities:
Work with Marketing Team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the successful completion of projects and tasks.
Oversee and develop marketing campaigns and new product launches with the Marketing Team
Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define target audiences
Assist with the development and delivery of traditional media activities such as PR, advertising, brochures and direct mail
Assist with the development and delivery of digital media activities such as video, photography, social media content and email marketing as well as updating the website
Coordinating, delivering and attending internal and external events.
Review marketing campaign activity including website statistics and social media statistics. Make suggestions for improvements and assist on the development of campaign ROI reports
Design and develop presentations for both internal and external audiences
Copywriting and proofreading
Brief and liaise with external agencies to support on the delivery of marketing activity
Arrange the ordering and distribution of required marketing collateral/materials and merchandise
Maintain and update customer and press databases.
Support the execution of internal employee and external market research.
Be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company and across the Genuit Group.
Maintain the various image and data sheet libraries
Support the administrative responsibilities of marketing by completing the marketing job log, maintaining the Teamwork status, completing the job briefing documents, assisting in the production of reports for ROI purposes as well as raising POs and keeping the budget tracker updated.
The person:
Undergraduate Degree in a Marketing related subject
Experience in a previous marketing communications role
Good level of copywriting/editing skills
Good IT skills, proficient in MS packages incl. Outlook, Powerpoint
Excellent attention to detail & Able to manage own schedule
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with all colleagues at all levels
