Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a current and valid Social Work England registration. Experience with learning disabilities. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and a commitment to high-quality patient care are essential. Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible.
