Are you a newly or fully qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexible, part-time or full time supply work in the Cambridge, Cambridgeshire area?
We are looking for daily supply teachers to join our team! This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a range of settings and year groups alongside having the flexibility to fit in with your other committments. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your working days while delivering high-quality teaching across different year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons to primary-aged children (EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2).
- Ensuring a positive and effective learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Managing classroom behavior and supporting students in their learning.
- Following the school’s policies and procedures, ensuring the safeguarding of students.
- Maintaining communication with Teaching Personnel and school staff regarding your availability and feedback.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across multiple key stages (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, and caring approach to primary education.
- Ability to travel between schools is desirable, but not essential.
