Job Title: CPN Mental Health Practitioner Neuro Development B6 Location: Manchester Duration: 6 month ongoing Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Start Date: ASAP End Date: September 2025 Rate of Pay: £25 to £27 per hour ( depending on experience ) Contact: Eric Lopes / What You ll Be Doing: Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of Mental Health patients. In this role, you will: The role will involve completing both urgent and routine mental health assessments for young people with moderate to severe mental health needs. The role will also include neurodevelopmental assessments for ADHD. perform comprehensive patient assessments create and implement personalised care plans deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care maintain accurate patient records Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: a current and valid NMC registration and pin experience working with Mental Health patients strong communication and interpersonal skills the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible.
