Job Title: Band 6 CPN Location: Newcastle Duration: 3 - 6 months ongoing Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9 - 5 Start Date: April 2025 Rate of Pay: £25 - £26 per hour Contact: Faieq - / What You ll Be Doing: Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of working age adults. In this role, you will: perform comprehensive patient assessments create and implement personalised care plans deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care maintain accurate patient records visits patients out in the community Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: a current and valid NMC registration and pin experience working with working age adults in the community strong communication and interpersonal skills the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care access to a car for community/home visits Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday - Friday with flexibility where possible.
