Do you have experience in Lettings and are looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Our clients are offering a great opportunity to join their successful team in the Leeds area. They are looking to employ someone with experience in property and knowledge of the local area as a Lettings Negotiator. Working hours: Monday to Friday Saturdays on a rota basis lieu day provided Our clients are offering the successful Lettings Negotiator: Upto £26,000 basic salary £28,000 - £28,500 OTE Ongoing training & support Career progression Use of pool car for viewings Opportunity to work for a well-respected agency! To be considered for the role of Lettings Negotiator, you must have the following: A Professional and friendly telephone manner Experience working as a Letting Negotiator with a strong proven track record Excellent customer service, administration & communication skills Strong computer skills Full driving licence Career minded approach High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines Duties will include, but not be limited to: Greeting customers and answering incoming calls and queries Booking valuations Booking and conducting viewings Dealing with general enquiries from landlords and tenants Matching ideal tenants to each property Negotiating tenancy terms and renewals
