An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Manager to join a dynamic property management company. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £25,000 - £26,500. As a Lettings Manager , you will be responsible for managing property lettings, conducting market appraisals, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for: Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to landlords. Negotiate tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with legal frameworks. Compile inventories and register deposits. Handle end-of-tenancy disputes between tenants and landlords. Conduct property inspections and ensure any defects are resolved quickly. Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Lettings Manager, Lettings Coordinator or in a similar role. Possess lettings experience. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering excellent service. Excellent planning, organisational, and administrative skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Skilled in IT.
