Legal Secretary (Commercial & Residential Conveyancing) Annual Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 Location: Glasgow, with operations across central business districts and surrounding areas Job Type: Full-time Join our team as a Legal Secretary supporting both commercial and residential conveyancing departments. This role is ideal for highly organized, detail-oriented professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to providing exceptional support to legal teams and clients. Day-to-day of the role: Provide administrative support to our conveyancing teams, handling both commercial and residential transactions. Prepare and manage documents related to property transactions, including contracts, leases, and other legal paperwork. Schedule and confirm appointments, manage correspondence with clients, and ensure all parties are informed of key dates and deadlines. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings and internal use. Maintain and organize digital and physical files to ensure information is accessible and secure. Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with legal standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within conveyancing or a related field. Familiarity with legal documents and terminology related to property law. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in office software, including MS Office, and experience with legal case management systems. Commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
