This is for an immediately available Legal Secretary / Legal PA to prove themselves in this busy IP/Tech team.The role will assist a team of fee earners (including Partner) with their busy workload to cover a maternity leaver for 12 month. Candidates must have at least 5 years Legal Secretary/PA experience at Partner level in a similar environment. City based US Law Firm Supporting Senior level Salary - Highly competitive Hybrid Policy = 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Outstanding benefits Duties Actively manage Fee Earner's diaries Extensive global travel arrangements and itineraries Manage in-boxes Document processing, creating and amending Legal documents and correspondence, proof reading, etc. Liaising with Clients Manage the billing process Deal with expenses If you fit the above criteria and are keen to hear more, please get in touch immediately!
