Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the class teacher to help deliver engaging and creative lessons as a Learning Support Assistant.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring they overcome challenges in their learning as a Learning Support Assistant.
Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment where every student feels valued as a Learning Support Assistant.
Adapt your support to meet the individual needs of students, whether academic, social, or emotional, as a Learning Support Assistant.
Assist with classroom organisation, manage student behaviour, and handle any additional administrative tasks as a Learning Support Assistant.What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply as a Learning Support Assistant.
Patience, empathy, and a natural ability to build positive relationships with students as a Learning Support Assistant.
A flexible, proactive attitude to supporting students in a variety of situations as a Learning Support Assistant.
