In this newly created position, you'll have the autonomy to build and grow the department from the ground up - leading on design, managing a variety of exciting projects, and playing a pivotal role in the company's strategic growth. In the early stages, you'll be hands-on - delivering technical work, designing, and ensuring high-quality output. Over time, you'll take a leading role in scaling the department, recruiting new team members, and building efficient workflows to support long-term success. This is ideal for a senior engineer who's feeling limited in their current role and is hungry for a bigger challenge with a clear route to senior leadership.
