Build and execute the channel marketing strategy for UK key accounts. The role will be integral in ensuring alignment with regional brand, category, & channel marketing strategy, whilst delivering upon UK key account business objectives. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Channel Marketing. Develop and manage stakeholder relationships to align with marketing and commercial strategies, executing effective omnichannel marketing programs. Leverage expertise in agency management, cross-functional collaboration and key account partnerships to drive impactful campaigns. Apply strong commercial understanding to develop marketing initiatives with a focus on ROI. Deliver functional excellence across physical & digital channels to drive channel brand awareness, consideration & conversion by optimizing consumer-oriented marketing activations for UK key accounts. Share learnings and act as a source of expertise for other wholesale accounts. Your Impact Elevate Consumer Experience : Develop best in class UA full funnel brand experiences via digital & physical channels, building a premium brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints for UK key accounts. Strategic Planning and Collaboration : Develop and execute channel marketing strategy in alignment with regional POD strategy/category/channel marketing strategy, including full budget responsibility. Build a clear strategy for UK key accounts supporting the brand and business KPIs. Manage Brand Presence : Work with cross-functional teams to drive retail & space management excellence with the accounts. Build long term roll out plans and elevation strategies aligned to EMEA & POD 5YP. Close VM and RDD collaboration to build premium and integrated consumer experiences in UK Key accounts. Stakeholder Management : Manage day to day strategic account relationships with UK key accounts. Manage & guide external agency relationships to deliver an efficient cost-effective outcome for the Under Armour brand and business. Drive Conversion and Product Innovation : Lead initiatives to drive conversion of UA product innovations at omnichannel retail, implementing global/regional campaigns and creating specific content for key accounts. Performance Analysis and Reporting : Monitor, measure, and report the impact of marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Master s Degree favorable). 5+ years proven marketing/retail experience with sporting goods/lifestyle brands. Deep cross-functional knowledge of the sporting goods industry, channel marketing, and superior retail experience, particularly in UK & across EU. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong planning and execution skills, including agency management and account relationships. Data-driven with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and methodologies. Strong leadership, stakeholder influence and negotiation skills, with experience in team development and coaching. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills in front of accounts/management. Demonstrates original thinking and drives innovative marketing solutions. Problem-solving and executional excellence in fast-paced environments. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating dedication, enthusiasm and innovation. Team player with a passion for sports and-or fashion and have the desire to cross the line in first place delivering executional excellence.
