Who we are looking for State Street seeks to recruit a Key, Certificate, and Encryption Management (KCEM) Governance Analyst responsible for a variety of functions within the Fusion & Security Operations (F&SO) Governance Program at State Street. This includes gathering, analyzing, and enriching data for utilization on scorecards and related governance reporting related to KCEM within the State Street environment. This role requires an individual with deep knowledge of KCEM, including key and certificate lifecycle management, security governance and compliance, and cryptography/encryption within a corporate environment. What you will be responsible for As a KCEM Governance Analyst you will: Produce regular reporting related to the governance of the KCEM Program to assess compliance with the Information Protection Standard Distribute reporting to various committees, councils, and regulatory reporting forums as required Engage with teams across State Street and vendors to perform related governance functions What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role A deep understanding of KCEM governance Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Education & Preferred Qualifications Experience with cybersecurity governance, information protection governance, AI and machine learning governance related to encryption and data loss prevention, or related functions demonstrated through work, military, or education Experience using ticket tracking tools for change management, tracking, and reporting demonstrated through work, military, or education Strong background in cybersecurity, KCEM, including key and certificate lifecycle management, security governance and compliance, and cryptography/encryption Why this role is important to us Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
