Hit revenue and margin goals, drive retention, and deliver exceptional service. Build and execute seasonal sales strategies and annual growth plans in line with the brand's vision. Deliver a clear, ambitious wholesale and key account roadmap that balances immediate impact with long-term vision. Analyse sell-through, margins, lead-times, and logistics to maximise performance and profitability. Build strategic partnerships with global retailers, major e-comm players, and key independents. Present seasonal ranges with impact, anticipate buyer needs, and bring a fresh commercial lens to every meeting. Share on-the-ground insights, collaborate on product planning, and spot potential bestsellers. Align on partnership marketing, in-store POS, and digital activations that elevate sell-through and brand visibility.
